Roca Beef® was launched in 2019 as the commercial channel of Estancia El Oasis, with the aim of bringing to the domestic market beef produced under its integrated and traceable production model.
It began with the opening of a boutique butcher shop in the city of San Luis and, through sustained growth, expanded into wholesale distribution, incorporated value-added products, and developed its own refrigerated logistics network.
Today, Roca Beef® supplies both end consumers and commercial clients, including retailers and restaurants, consolidating its position as the commercial expression of a true “farm-to-table” model, with guaranteed origin, quality, and traceability at every stage of the process.

At our boutique butcher shop, each cut is selected according to strict quality standards, ensuring freshness, flavor, and food safety.

Roca Beef® supplies retailers, restaurants, hotels, and distributors seeking beef of consistent quality, guaranteed origin, and certified traceability.
We have our own infrastructure, including cold storage facilities, refrigerated logistics, and the operational capacity to handle large-scale orders while maintaining the quality standards that define our brand.
Our wholesale channel is a natural extension of our production model, allowing Estancia El Oasis beef to reach different market segments with efficiency and predictability.
