Roca Beef® was founded in 2019 as the commercial branch of Estancia El Oasis, with the goal of bringing beef produced under its integrated and traceable model to the domestic market.

It began with the opening of a boutique butcher shop in the city of San Luis and, driven by steady growth, expanded to include wholesale channels, value-added products, and its own refrigerated logistics and transport.

Today, Roca Beef® supplies final consumers as well as businesses and restaurants, establishing itself as the commercial expression of the “farm to table” model—guaranteeing origin, quality, and traceability at every stage of the process.

Roca Beef® supplies butcher shops, restaurants, hotels and distributors seeking consistent quality, guaranteed origin and certified traceability.

We operate with our own infrastructure, cold storage facilities, refrigerated logistics and operational capacity to serve large-scale orders while maintaining the quality standards that define our brand.

The wholesale channel is a natural extension of our production model, allowing Estancia El Oasis beef to reach different markets efficiently and reliably.
